1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FlikPay app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use FlikPay.
2. About FlikPay
FlikPay is a non-custodial wallet app that allows users to store, receive, and send USDC (USD Coin) on the Polygon blockchain. Users have sole control of their private keys and digital assets. FlikPay does not hold, manage, or have access to your funds.
3. No Custodial Services
FlikPay is not a financial institution, money services business, payment processor, or custodian. We do not take possession of or transmit fiat currency or cryptocurrencies on your behalf.
4. Third-Party Services
FlikPay may facilitate access to licensed third-party providers for purchasing stablecoins. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by their terms and privacy policies. FlikPay does not control or assume responsibility for third-party services.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, recovery phrases, and account credentials. Loss of access may result in permanent loss of funds. FlikPay cannot recover lost wallets or funds.
6. No Investment Advice
FlikPay does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information provided within the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use FlikPay for any unlawful, prohibited, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, financing terrorism, engaging in prohibited commerce or any other illegal activity.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to FlikPay at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
FlikPay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Flik Pay LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use FlikPay, including loss of funds or assets.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of FlikPay after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
